Silky Smoothie loaded with protein. (#smoothie #healthy #protein)

Original recipe yields 3 servings.


This smoothie is 100% vegan and the tofu adds an amazing silky texture.

Ingredients

  1. ¼ cup diced silken tofu

  2. 2 tablespoons oat milk or any choice of your favorite non-dairy milk

  3. ½ cup raspberries, strawberries or blueberries

  4. ¼ frozen banana

  5. 2 cups orange juice

  6. 1/2 tea spoon chia seeds


Preparations

You can serve this over ice, or pour it over vanilla ice cream.

Place tofu, milk, chia seeds, berries, banana, and orange juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
