Recipe of the day. Cooking time 15 min. Many commercial energy bars on store shelves are laden with excessive sugar, posing potential harm and the risk of a subsequent sugar crash. To circumvent these pitfalls, we consistently favor homemade alternatives crafted with familiar ingredients and trusted recipes. These detox energy bars are versatile, serving as a vibrant morning snack or a quick afternoon indulgence. Not only are they delicious, but they also contribute to thyroid and liver support. The inclusion of collagen powder aids in protein breakdown, while flax seeds offer a wholesome dose of dietary fiber and antioxidants, promoting gut detoxification.
