To avoid these pitfalls, we consistently opt for homemade alternatives made with familiar ingredients and trusted recipes. These detox energy bars are incredibly versatile—perfect as a vibrant morning snack or a quick afternoon indulgence. They’re not only delicious but also support thyroid and liver health. The addition of collagen powder helps with protein breakdown, while flax seeds provide a wholesome dose of dietary fiber and antioxidants, promoting gut detoxification.
